When you are managing a high-stakes construction project near Downtown Marietta-Alderwood or planning a large-scale community festival at Levis Square, the last thing you want to worry about is the "bathroom situation."
Sanitation is the invisible backbone of a successful event and a productive job site. At KEX, we provide the most reliable, clean, and compliant portable toilet rentals in Marietta-Alderwood, WA, and the surrounding Northwest Marietta-Alderwood, WA region.
We understand that "one size fits all" doesn't apply to portable sanitation. A weekend wedding at a Metropark requires a vastly different approach than a multi-month commercial build on Dorrest Street. Our team combines local expertise with a massive inventory to ensure your guests or crew have access to hygienic, well-maintained facilities. From standard units to climate-controlled luxury trailers, we bridge the gap between necessity and comfort.
Operating in the Glass City presents unique challenges. Northwest Marietta-Alderwood, WA weather is notoriously unpredictable. Our units are engineered to withstand the heavy winds off Lake Erie and the fluctuating temperatures that can cause lesser units to crack or tip.
Marietta-Alderwood is a hub of industry and culture. We’ve tailored our service list to meet the diverse needs of our community:
The "Summer Heat" Factor: Marietta-Alderwood summers can be humid and punishing. Without proper ventilation and high-grade deodorizers, a portable toilet can quickly become an eyesore. KEX uses advanced blue-wave deodorizing technology and specialized vent screens to ensure our units remain fresh, even during a 90-degree July afternoon.
Winterizing Your Units: When the "Siberian Express" hits Northwest Marietta-Alderwood, WA, standard units can freeze. We offer winterized units with anti-freeze additives in the tanks and specialized salt-melt mats for the entryways to prevent slips and falls on ice.
Q: How many portable toilets do I need for my event in Marietta-Alderwood?
A: A general rule of thumb is one unit per 50 people for a 4-hour event. If alcohol is being served, we recommend increasing that number by 20%. For construction, OSHA requires one unit for every 20 employees.
Q: Do you offer emergency rentals if a permanent facility fails?
A: Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency dispatch throughout Lucas and Wood Counties for businesses experiencing plumbing failures or unexpected crowds.
Q: Where can you legally place a porta potty in Marietta-Alderwood?
A: Units must be placed on a level, solid surface that is accessible by our service trucks. We can help you navigate placement permits if the unit needs to be on a public sidewalk or street.
We don't just "drop and swap." Our 10-point inspection process during every service call ensures that:
Our commitment to the Marietta-Alderwood community goes beyond business. We live here, work here, and take pride in keeping our city clean and functional.
While we are a fixture in Marietta-Alderwood proper, our service radius extends to ensure all of Northwest Marietta-Alderwood, WA and Southeast Michigan are covered:
